About the role
Collaborate on project proposals and estimates, supporting the pre-construction phase.
Act as the central hub for project communication, ensuring clear and consistent information flow.
Manage project costs, including reviewing budgets, processing change orders, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Champion safety by reporting concerns, implementing corrective actions, and upholding safe work practices.
Assist with project closeout activities, ensuring a smooth handover to the owner.
Responsibilities

- Absorb with project closeout activities, ensuring a smooth handover to the owner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in building construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum one year of project management experience in construction or engineering.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to lead by example.
- Proactive problem-solving and initiative.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and dedication to meeting deadlines.
- Ability to see the big picture while focusing on detail.
- Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new software.
