Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Aid in project budgeting, bidding, buyouts, and certifications of occupancies, and project accounting
• Manage submittals, RFIS, closeouts, as-builts, and shop drawings
• Ensure equipment and materials arrive at the jobsite according to schedule
• Complete procurement logs and submittals in a timely manner
• Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Projects, and Outlook
• Follow Graham Core Processes, including jobsite checklists
• Maintain positive relationships with owners/clients, architects, trade partners, and other industry representatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management/related field (preferred), or associate’s degree in construction management or equivalent field experience
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work nights and weekends as necessary
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass post-offer employment testing and drug test
• Ability to navigate all areas of the construction site in various weather conditions
• Ability to work in a noisy environment
• Ability to work within Graham Construction, a 3G Company’s operational regions, as assigned
• Ability to take and pass OSHA 30 certification
