Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives.
• Assist in developing project plans and timelines while ensuring all activities align with quality standards and specifications.
• Regularly monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues that arise.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to support decision-making.
• Prepare detailed documentation and reports to communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, analyzing current processes and suggesting enhancements to optimize efficiency.
• Attend onsite meetings and coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in engineering principles.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with the plastics manufacturing industry is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong analytical skills to identify potential issues and devise optimal solutions quickly.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset for documenting processes and results.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently.
