PROJECT ENGINEER

Job Summary

Dick Anderson Construction is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Engineer to join our teams in Jackson, WY!

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Proficiency in construction-related software and computer applications.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Duties

• Aid in preparing project submittals, including schedules, material lists, and subcontractor details.
• Obtain necessary project permits.
• Cook internal material requirements, quantities, and pricing.
• Review and code timecards daily for accuracy.
• Maintain project files, reports, and correspondence.
• Match project invoices and purchase orders.
• Track project quantities and assist in cost projections.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and accounting team on project billing.
• Verify subcontractor payments and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain updated as-built drawings and specifications.
• Cook with the Superintendent for material orders.
• Ensure accurate material tracking and procurement for long-lead-time items.
• Prepare final cost reports and documentation.
• Aid in submitting closeout documents and final payments.

Pay

$75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
