Project Engineer

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2-4 years of experience in an engineering or equipment design environment preferred.
• Fundamental understanding of mechanical or systems design principles.
• Ability to learn and apply complex software tools for problem-solving and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and follow direction from senior staff.

Physical Requirements

• Sit, use hands/fingers to manipulate, handle, or touch objects, tools, or controls.
• Stand, walk, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Reach above shoulders.
• Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds while moving converting equipment components and subassemblies.
• Work in proximity to moving mechanical parts, in high, precarious places, in proximity to fumes or airborne particles, and near sources of electrical shock.
• Work in environments with moderate noise levels, and potentially loud noises while working in a manufacturing environment.
