Candidate must be located in or around the Boston area. Boston, MA - Hybrid | Exempt | Reports to Manager, Project Engineering
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute complex technical projects across infrastructure, cloud, and end-user environments, including design, configuration, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Partner closely with Project Managers to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
- Serve as a senior technical resource throughout the project lifecycle, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and escalation support when needed.
- Lead and execute a variety of client-facing initiatives, including:
- Email migrations (Exchange to Exchange, Exchange to cloud-based platforms)
- Office network deployments (firewalls, switching, wireless infrastructure, UPS devices)
