Responsibilities
- Aid Project Managers in daily operations, ensuring effective implementation of project plans.
- Conduct weekly site visits to monitor construction progress and enforce quality standards.
- Negotiate with subcontractors and vendors for pricing to optimize project costs.
- Manage project schedules, documentation, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Handle Request for Information (RFI) submissions and track submittals, maintaining clear and effective communication across project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or related field.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and construction software such as Procore and Primavera is highly recommended.
- Industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills.
