What You'll Be Accountable For
Managing Project Documentation with Accuracy
Supporting the project team by ensuring all documentation is organized, current, and complete.
Managing RFIs, submittals, logs, and drawing updates.
Tracking deadlines and maintaining accurate records.
Ensuring information flows reliably between office and field.
Supporting field and office coordination.
Aiding in look-ahead schedules and work plans.
Supporting subcontractor and vendor coordination.
Providing organized meeting notes and follow-up items.
Tracking quality and progress.
Aiding in QA/QC documentation and inspections.
Identifying discrepancies early and escalating appropriately.
Maintaining accurate progress reporting.
Aiding in procurement and materials.
Supporting material tracking and ensuring documentation is complete.
Maintaining procurement and material logs.
Tracking deliveries and verifying quantities.
Reporting discrepancies promptly.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to Procore, Bluebeam, or scheduling tools preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work safely on active construction sites.
