Project Engineer

About the role

A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Project Engineer to contribute to the design and investigation of critical building systems, particularly focusing on building envelopes and parking garages, at their Austin, TX office.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing design and construction documents
• Conducting forensic investigations
• Managing remedial design and construction processes
• Performing structural calculations
• Developing conclusions and recommendations

Requirements

• Master of Science in civil engineering, architectural engineering, mechanical engineering, or related disciplines (Bachelor’s degree candidates will be considered)
• Expectation of becoming a licensed professional engineer in Texas within 4 years after commencing employment
