Responsibilities
- Ensure that safety programs and worksite procedures are followed-help keep teams safe and productive.
- Aid in project cost tracking, budgeting, and change management.
- Cook up coordination with architects, engineers, and inspectors to ensure work meets all specifications and quality standards.
- Support the Project Manager and Superintendent with daily project operations and documentation.
- Verify that all equipment and materials meet project requirements and are properly used onsite.
- Learn and apply critical field procedures for surveying, bolting, welding, and more.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field (or working toward one).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to take on new challenges.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and a collaborative, team-first attitude.
- High spatial intelligence and ability to interpret construction plans and drawings.
- Willingness to complete OSHA 10-Hour Safety Certification and CPR/First Aid Training (We'll help you get there!).

Pay
$60,000 - $80,000 annually based on experience, plus additional incentives for extended travel assignments and company-covered project-related travel expenses.
Schedule
Periodic assignment to active jobsites for extended durations, typically ranging from 3 to 12 months, depending on project scope and phase. Project Engineers are expected to maintain a strong on-site presence during critical planning and execution periods. Scheduled trips home will be provided, and travel expectations will be discussed in advance to support work-life balance while meeting project needs.
