Project Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from both a technical and managerial perspective. The role involves estimating projects, creating and managing change orders, managing client relations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The Project Manager will generate project schedules and work closely with field supervision to ensure projects remain on track from start to finish.

Requirements

• Previous industrial managerial experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to devise new approaches to solving problems
• Strong leadership and excellent project management skills
• Ability to work in a time and cost-effective manner
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and scheduling software (Primavera or Microsoft Projects)
• Adherence to quality workmanship standards
• 3+ years of experience in a project management role
• Experience in construction, industrial, or manufacturing industry

Qualifications

• Experience in the oil/gas and energy industry is a plus
• General knowledge of industrial piping and millwright projects
• BSME, construction, mechanical engineering, project engineering, project coordination, mechanical, or estimation background
• 2-year associate degree preferred but not required

The Project Manager will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The role may involve working in various industrial settings, including construction, mechanical engineering, and project engineering. A professional demeanor and adherence to quality workmanship standards are expected.

Permanent, fully onsite position in Northfield, MN.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $60.00 per hour.
