Key Responsibilities

  • Aid in preparing and compiling project documentation, reports, and studies required.
  • Support supervision of project personnel and participate in staff selection, development, and evaluation.
  • Establish and maintain communication between contractors, school district representatives, architects, and other stakeholders to keep all parties informed of project progress.
  • Provide technical and administrative support from bid preparation and procurement through project closeout and acceptance by the district.
  • Aid in project scheduling, budget tracking, and document management for construction and modernization projects.
  • Aid in preparation of bid packages, change orders, RFIs, and other project correspondence.
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards, district policies, and contract requirements.
  • Collaborate with the CM team to ensure the timely delivery of projects, facilities, and infrastructure that support student learning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 3-7 years experience in a similar or equivalent position involved in project or construction management of commercial and/or public or educational facility construction projects.
  • Experience on Division of State Architect (DSA) projects preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of scheduling/project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or Procore preferred.
  • Experience using BlueBeam, Adobe software for document reviews/mark-ups, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and make sound decisions, and effectively manage daily work effort.

Pay and Benefits

Compensation Range: $91,976.90 - $105,116.46
