PROJECT ENGINEER | AISC METAL FABRICATOR

Qualifications

• Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or Process Engineering experience.
• Ability and desire to serve a variety of industrial markets (i.e., aerospace, space and defense, marine & transportation infrastructure, civil construction, etc.).
• Experience in sales and cost estimating.
• Experience in all facets of project management.
• Experience with Autodesk 3-D modeling software.
• Familiarity with welding and machining trades/metal fabrication.
• Strong written communication skills, including experience with writing work instructions, procedures, and proposals.
• Must have a positive attitude, commitment to meeting deadlines and be dependable.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Specific Activities

• Estimate work and administer contracts.
• Solicit quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Purchase materials.
