Project Engineer (AI & Automation)

Responsibilities

• Develop automation solutions for delivery of managed infrastructure services and support ERP applications
• Help architect an AI strategy and implement AI solutions to support the infrastructure and administration of ERP applications
• Translate high level design into medium level tasks with more technical detail for the team to implement
• Affirm successful implementation of automation solutions for effective delivery of infrastructure and product solutions to support program schedule
• Assist with team lead activities by coaching\mentoring other team members, reviewing other teammate's work, and setting team tasks\priorities

Skills

• Very strong knowledge of IT automation and AI technologies
• Experience in Python coding or other similar language suited for AI solutions
• Prior experience working with Ansible, Bash, and Powershell coding
• Prior experience with Gond or other LM AI frameworks
• Hands-on experience building MCP servers and AI agents
• Practical skills in prompt/tool orchestration, API integration, authorization and security, containerized cloud deployment, and maintaining critical production applications
