Project Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to oversee the design and management of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) facilities. Lead electrical design efforts, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.Manage and mentor electrical engineering staff across diverse projects.Build and maintain client relationships to understand their needs and drivers.Develop technical guidance, standards, and compliance with engineering codes and policies.Prepare complex engineering deliverables, perform advanced calculations, and recommend equipment and material selections.Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams and oversee project execution.Support business development activities and contribute to resource management strategies.Mentor junior professionals and foster knowledge sharing within the team.Ensure adherence to quality programs and company policies. Qualifications Include Bachelor’s degree in engineering with at least 5 years of related experience.Electrical Professional Engineer license (preferred).Experience with consulting, EPC execution, and BESS projects.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and clients.Ability to provide technical guidance and manage multiple projects effectively.
