##### Description The Project Development II Specialist is the intermediate level position within the Project Development Specialist series. Provides data reporting analysis support through project creation, analyzing and maintaining data and scheduled reporting. Handles multiple priorities and high volume project requests and analysis. Identifies and reports analytical findings from the projects and reporting. Provides suggestions for data and project resolution and improvement where applicable. ##### Professional Duties Creates, generates and validates assigned projects with results and analysis utilizing Crystal, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL Server and Visual Studio. Provides both written and verbal analysis based on the findings in projects and reports created. Assists in the preparation of data for distribution at development meetings, staff and physician training or for other use as determined. Prepares project reports related to Coding audits and other data from the Managed Care Systems and Encore. Assists other department team members on multiple projects as assigned. Acts as a resource for other department team members, including training as needed. Develops proficiency in new systems, tools, and technologies as needed to support evolving business needs. Completes data and reporting projects as assigned. Consistently meets established deadlines and completes assigned tasks in a timely manner. Performs other duties as assigned. Introduce self and your role Be knowledgeable about your job so that you can serve others effectively Let your patients, customers and co-workers know what they can expect from you and follow through Be accountable for your work Validate to ensure understanding ##### Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent required. 3 years of professional office experience required. 2 years of hands-on data analysis and reporting experience using Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL Server, and Visual Studio in a report writing and analysis capacity required. 3 years of accounting or healthcare experience preferred. EZ-CAP experience helpful. Working and hands on knowledge of Crystal report writing or an equivalent data reporting tool. Ability to utilize personal judgement and critical thinking to problem solve. Ability to work collaborative and be a contributing member of a team Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with individuals within all levels of the organization, patients, patient family members, providers, vendors and others. Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette skills. Microsoft and Computer Skills: Ability to utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) and other computer software/applications. Time Management :Detail oriented and organizational skills. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet established deadlines. 10 key with proficient expertise.
