We specialize in luxury renovations, additions, custom kitchens, baths, and historic restorations. The ideal candidate is an experienced residential architecture project manager, luxury sales professional, or remodeling expert who can assess home improvement opportunities, create solutions, and oversee budgets, schedules, and deliverables.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified leads to assess needs & renovation goals.
• Guide clients through budget expectations, feasibility, and project planning.
• Present and sell high-value, luxury home renovation projects.
• Oversee project scope, schedules, and budgets during pre-construction.
• Collaborate with design, production, and estimating teams for seamless execution.
• Ensure all documentation and approvals are completed before construction.

What We’re Looking For

• 5-7+ years in high-end remodeling, residential design/architecture, or luxury sales.
• Strong knowledge of pre-construction planning.
• Expertise in design-build project management & construction feasibility.
• Strong leadership in managing budgets, schedules, and project teams.
• Ability to read and approve construction estimates.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Suite, and project management software.
• Knowledge of the Sandler Sales Methodology (a plus)
• Degree or strong background in Architecture, Construction Management, or Business (MA/MBA or PMP a plus)
