Project Developer
About the role
Our client is seeking a highly motivated Project Developer to lead the identification, development, and delivery of energy efficiency and infrastructure retrofit projects within mission-critical data center environments. This role is responsible for managing projects from initial site assessment through proposal presentation, including evaluating existing facility conditions, identifying energy-saving opportunities, developing technical scopes of work, and producing financial and energy savings analyses. The ideal candidate brings experience in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, along with hands-on experience in data centers, mission-critical facilities, or complex building systems. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, combining technical expertise with strong project ownership and client-facing communication skills.
