Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and technical design aspects of major projects
- Investigate, evaluate, and recommend design solutions to meet client needs
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, and consultants
- Produce and review comprehensive project specifications
- Handle complex assignments requiring new or improved techniques and procedures
- Offer technical guidance to less experienced architects
- Manage project timelines, ensuring efficiency and quality
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Experience with Mission Critical and Data Center facilities is preferred
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Rhino etc.)
- Strong leadership skills
- Prominent ability in reviewing and interpreting completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations
- Stay updated with industry trends and integrate them into designs
