Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely within a multidisciplinary team to develop project designs from conceptual sketches through construction documents
- Interpret and apply relevant building codes, zoning ordinances, and other external considerations
- Develop and maintain a positive professional working relationship with team members while working together in a collaborative, proactive and detail-oriented approach
- Provide consistent and timely communication of project information to and from the project team
- Assist in the coordination and development of architectural drawings, renderings, specifications, and design assignments under general supervision to meet project requirements
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of commercial architectural design
- Strong Revit skills and project detailing expertise
- Ideal applicants will be on track for licensure, able to document project phases with limited oversight, and motivated to learn and grow
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required, Associate’s Degree or higher preferred
- Licensed Architect not required
Skills
- Capable of working in a collaborative team environment to meet specific deadlines
- Diligence in monitoring progress, identifying potential problems, and designing solutions as necessary
- Strong ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
Software Proficiencies
- Microsoft Office Suite experience required
- Familiarity with Autodesk Revit (BIM) preferred
- Bluebeam experience preferred
- Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
- Familiarity with rendering software preferred

Pay
$70,000-$95,000. Annual salary is commensurate with education & experience.
