We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join a creative team, supporting the development of high-quality visual materials for both print and digital use. This role suits a designer who thrives in a busy agency setting, balances several assignments at once, and can translate creative direction into strong, brand-aligned work. The ideal candidate brings sound design judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality results within demanding timelines.
Responsibilities
- Produce compelling visual assets for print and online channels, using typography, imagery, layout, and color effectively to communicate client messages.
- Manage several design assignments at the same time while aligning output with direction provided by creative and account leadership.
- Deliver finished work within established deadlines without compromising accuracy, consistency, or overall visual quality.
- Review files carefully, apply revisions precisely, and ensure final deliverables are refined and free of errors.
- Adapt priorities as project demands shift, maintaining steady productivity in a fast-moving agency environment.
- Contribute creative ideas, collaborate with teammates, and provide support that improves team efficiency and design execution.
- Assist with a broad range of additional creative tasks as needed to support business and client objectives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of detail-oriented graphic design experience, preferably within an advertising agency or other high-volume creative environment.
- Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Ability to create original, effective designs for print marketing materials and digital applications.
- Strong understanding of branding, composition, color theory, typography, and layout across multiple media formats.
- Proven ability to manage projects with varying levels of complexity and meet tight turnaround times under pressure.
- Clear communication and strong organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively across a variety of client needs.
- Demonstrated conceptual thinking, sound design judgment, and accountability for delivering client-ready work on schedule.
