  • Produce compelling visual assets for print and online channels, using typography, imagery, layout, and color effectively to communicate client messages.
  • Manage several design assignments at the same time while aligning output with direction provided by creative and account leadership.
  • Deliver finished work within established deadlines without compromising accuracy, consistency, or overall visual quality.
  • Review files carefully, apply revisions precisely, and ensure final deliverables are refined and free of errors.
  • Adapt priorities as project demands shift, maintaining steady productivity in a fast-moving agency environment.
  • Contribute creative ideas, collaborate with teammates, and provide support that improves team efficiency and design execution.
  • Assist with a broad range of additional creative tasks as needed to support business and client objectives.

  • Proven ability to manage projects with varying levels of complexity and meet tight turnaround times under pressure.
  • Clear communication and strong organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively across a variety of client needs.
  • Demonstrated conceptual thinking, sound design judgment, and accountability for delivering client-ready work on schedule.

Benefits

  • Medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance for contract/temporary professionals.
  • Eligibility to enroll in our company 401(k) plan for hired contract/temporary professionals.
