PROJECT DESIGNER

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop technical design solutions for commercial projects.
• Analyze and propose design solutions to meet client needs and project goals.
• Cookordination with project teams, clients, and consultants throughout all project phases.
• Assist with the development of project specifications and documentation.
• Contribute to tasks that require innovative techniques and problem-solving approaches.
• Support the development and maintenance of project timelines, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Stay updated with industry trends and integrate relevant ideas into design solutions.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and design requirements.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects while adhering to deadlines and budgets.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project coordination efforts.
• Affiliate with construction administration tasks, including responding to RFIs and reviewing submittals.
• Affiliate with the production of high-quality construction documents across various project types.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Preferred 5+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp; Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred.
• Strong design and presentation skills; capable of engaging with clients and consultants.
• Proficient in architectural design, material and systems detailing, and envelope systems design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Able to self-direct and work well under deadlines while managing multiple projects.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Able to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Comfortable producing construction documents for various project types.
• Understanding of construction documentation, building systems, and coordination processes.
