Responsibilities

  • End-to-end delivery of complex tool installation design packages
  • Overseeing projects ranging from 15 to over 200 pages in scope
  • Serving as the central point of coordination across multidisciplinary teams, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural stakeholders
  • Acting as the primary interface with clients through frequent, often daily, communication
  • Managing scope, schedule, and budget to ensure timely and cost-effective execution
  • Proactively removing roadblocks and enabling design teams to work efficiently
  • Managing 10–15 concurrent tool packages while maintaining quality and momentum with minimal oversight
  • Conducting field verifications to confirm design accuracy and constructability
  • Driving progress by identifying solutions and advancing workstreams even when dependencies fall outside of direct control

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or 5+ years equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of semiconductor tool install design experience
  • Experience leading design coordination and construction drawing development
  • Strong client interaction and relationship track record
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and scope
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, or industrial projects
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, Quickbase
  • Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed teams
  • Innovative mindset that brings new ways of working
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $79,000.00 to $119,460.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
