About the role

At Jacobs, we challenge today to reinvent tomorrow by solving the world's most critical problems for thriving cities, resilient environments, mission-critical outcomes, operational advancement, scientific discovery, and cutting-edge manufacturing. As a Project Design Lead, you will work on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business, including semiconductor manufacturing and other state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex tool installation design packages, overseeing projects ranging from 15 to over 200 pages in scope.

You will manage scope, schedule, and budget to ensure timely and cost-effective execution, proactively remove roadblocks, and enable design teams to work efficiently. The role requires overseeing 10–15 concurrent tool packages with minimal oversight, conducting field verifications to confirm design accuracy and constructability, and driving progress by identifying solutions even when dependencies fall outside direct control.
