The Project Resource Center provides inside sales services that increase ADS product opportunities and specifications on projects, enhancing ADS sales opportunities and customer value.
Responsibilities
- Assess Civil Engineering Plans to identify opportunities for ADS products and manage the Project Resource Center’s work to support sales in winning projects.
- Leverage ADS Design Tools or AutoCAD to provide ADS product designs.
- Use BlueBeam to “Take Off” ADS product opportunities from civil engineering plans or internal designs to create a Bill of Materials.
- Complete quotes based on customer lists or Bills of Materials.
- Independently complete work with no review or oversight; may specialize in more complex tasks or broaden skills across multiple services.
- Assist with territory-specific questions from others and consistently meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for turnaround times.
- Prioritize urgent and complex work within your assigned area and propose shifts to supervisors if needed.
- Identify issues on internal or external material lists/plans and present possible solutions.
- Answer basic general questions and advanced territory-specific questions with clear, concise verbal and written communication.
- Confidently communicate with customers, sales, and team members via the most effective channel (call, text, email, Teams, etc.).
- Establish relationships with mentors, team members, and the outside sales team; proactively seek advice and collaborate to meet business goals.
- Perform all daily tasks from the Associate role independently and without review, consistently meeting or exceeding SLAs.
- Specialize in more complex work or larger areas of assignment, including takeoffs, quotes, and drawings.
- Display accountability and dependability in executing assigned projects and track progress on goals.
- Proactively expand knowledge beyond your assigned region and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements; act as a change agent by adopting changes that increase efficiency.
- Demonstrate openness to constructive feedback and use it as an opportunity for growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced skills with Windows and Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work quickly without compromising accuracy.
- Ability to read Civil Engineering Plans and work with 2D or 3D documents.
Qualifications
- Advanced Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience for work management or quoting (preferred).
- Experience with Bluebeam Revu or other engineering mark-up software, AutoCAD, or other drafting software (preferred).
