Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end project management for health insurance solutions, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; track project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Identify potential risks and issues; implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Ensure projects adhere to US healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, ACA, CMS guidelines, and other applicable laws.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and finalized documentation for stakeholders.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams, including IT, compliance, underwriting, and business operations.
  • Implement best practices, lessons learned, and process improvements to enhance project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, information technology, or related fields. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of project management experience, preferably within the US health insurance or healthcare industry.
  • Deep understanding of US health insurance operations, regulatory environment, claims processing, provider networks, and enrollment systems.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects using methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, Scrum.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with health insurance IT systems, cloud technologies, data security, and health informatics.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to coordinate diverse teams and manage client relationships.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and adapt to fast-changing healthcare regulatory requirements.
  • Experience working with TPAs, healthcare technology vendors, or health plan organizations.
  • Knowledge of data analytics, digital health initiatives, and automation in health insurance.
  • Familiarity with US healthcare compliance standards and cybersecurity protocols.
