We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro paragraphs about HDR culture, mission, etc. We need to decide sections: maybe "About the role", "Responsibilities", "Qualifications", "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". Must include only sections with real specific content. We need to extract content: - Intro: "At HDR, our employee-owners are fully engaged..." etc. That's about company culture, could be "About the role" or maybe "About HDR". But rule: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should not repeat job title as heading. We can have About the role (intro). Then Responsibilities: list of duties from "In the role of BES Project Delivery Leader, we will count on you to:" bullet list. - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications and Required Qualifications. Could combine into Requirements? The rule says we can have Requirements, Qualifications, Skills sections. We'll likely have "Qualifications" for required, and maybe "Preferred Qualifications" as part of same? But we need to avoid thin sections. Could have "Qualifications" containing both required and preferred? Or separate "Required Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications"? The allowed headings list includes Qualifications, Skills, Requirements. We could use "Qualifications" for required, and maybe "Preferred Qualifications" as a subsection? But we must not create headings not in list unless they match exactly those examples? The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., implying those are examples, not exhaustive list. But safer to stick to those. We can use "Qualifications" for required, and maybe "Preferred Qualifications" could be part of same section under a

or

. We'll include both. - Benefits: The posting lists benefits: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, life insurance, employee assistance program, paid time away, parental leave, paid holidays, retirement savings plan with employer match, employee referral bonus, tuition reimbursement. Also mentions comprehensive benefits package. So we can create Benefits section. - Pay: The posting includes expected compensation range: Minnesota: $135,681 - $193,830. Also says depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. So we have specific range for Minnesota. So we can include Pay section with that range. - Schedule: The posting includes Schedule: Full-time. Also Employee Status: Regular. So we can include Schedule section with Full-time. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. At end there is EEO statement; we should drop that. Also need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Structure:

    Qualifications

We need to include required qualifications and maybe preferred. Could split into two subsections? But we cannot create headings not in list; we could embed both in same section with

    for required and

    for preferred, or

      . Let's do:

      Required Qualifications:

      Pay

Expected compensation range for this position (Minnesota): $135,681 - $193,830 (actual pay depends on skills, experience, education and geographical location).

      Schedule

      Full-time

We should also include maybe location? Not required as heading. Could include in About the role paragraph? The posting includes Primary Location etc. Could be included as a short paragraph under About the role or separate? Not required heading. We could add a

with location info: Primary Location: United States-Minnesota-Saint Louis Park; Other Locations: ... etc. But that's metadata; we could fold into About the role paragraph. We must not repeat job title as heading. We didn't. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; none present. We must not include boilerplate like EEO statement; we removed. Check for duplicated lines: we have not. Check for any content we missed: The intro includes "Watch Our Story:' https://www.hdrinc.com/our-story'" - that's a link; we could keep as part of About the role paragraph. Also "Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world." Keep. Also "We believe building engineering is more than systems and structures, it’s about powering progress and enabling innovation." etc. Keep. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; we must not omit any detail like "As part of HDR’s Building Engineering Services Group, you’ll help design the critical infrastructure that supports the digital age and shapes the spaces where people work, connect, and thrive." etc. So we need to include that in About the role. Let's craft About the role paragraph(s) to include all those descriptive sentences. We'll combine into maybe two

elements. First paragraph: At HDR, our employee-owners are fully engaged in creating a welcoming environment where each of us is valued and respected, a place where everyone is empowered to bring their authentic selves and novel ideas to work every day. As we foster a culture of inclusion throughout our company and within our communities, we constantly ask ourselves: What is our impact on the world? Watch Our Story: https://www.hdrinc.com/our-story' Each and every role throughout our organization makes a difference in our ability to change the world for the better. Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world. Second paragraph: We believe building engineering is more than systems and structures, it’s about powering progress and enabling innovation. As part of HDR’s Building Engineering Services Group, you’ll help design the critical infrastructure that supports the digital age and shapes the spaces where people work, connect, and thrive. From high-performance data centers driving the future of AI to dynamic commercial environments, your work will directly support technological advancement, sustainability, and human experience. We bring together mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineering experts to solve complex design challenges with precision, creativity, and collaboration. Whether you're optimizing energy efficiency, integrating resilient systems, or engineering the backbone of next-generation facilities, your contributions will help define the future of the built environment. This isn’t just a job, it’s a chance to lead innovation, engineer impact, and build a legacy of excellence. Third paragraph: Minnesota and Wisconsin Building Engineering Service Project Delivery Leader HDR has an exceptional career opportunity for an experienced professional to serve in a leadership position as the Minnesota and Wisconsin Building Engineering Services (BES) Project Delivery Leader (PDL). As PDL, you will report to the Minnesota and Wisconsin Area BES Business Group Manager (BGM) and work alongside the BGM to provide and promote consistent project management processes, quality and oversight of project delivery across the Business Group (BG). As PDL, you will collaborate closely with BG leadership to promote and advance project management skills development, career path development, and mentorship of BG staff. Your direct reports may include local program managers, project managers, commercial managers, and collaborative delivery leads. In addition to your primary responsibilities as summarized below, the PDL will be responsible for understanding and having direct knowledge of the HDR project management tools and collaborating, training, and mentoring staff on their implementation and use. You will also support recruiting and retention efforts for the program. We could keep that as part of About the role or maybe as a separate "About the position". But we already have About the role; we can include all. Now ensure we didn't miss any responsibilities: The list we captured seems complete. Check for any other details: "Participate in 0% reviews, project reviews, and support project teams with management of claims and losses" - we included. "Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with project teams to verify that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to budget and schedule." included. "Perform other duties as needed" included. Now check Qualifications: we captured required and preferred. Check Benefits: we captured list. Check Pay: we included range. Check Schedule: we included Full-time. We might also include Employee Status: Regular but not needed as heading; could add to Schedule paragraph: "Full-time, Regular". But schedule section only for schedule; we could add "Full-time" and mention Regular in same paragraph. We should not invent details like "commensurate with experience". We avoided. Now output HTML. Make sure no extra whitespace
