Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for home repair projects
• Track record of high performance and achievement
• Well‑rounded experience in residential construction, including at least 3 years in one or more of the following trades:
  • Demolition
  • Trim and rough carpentry
  • Cabinet installation
  • Drywall installation, finishing and repair
  • Painting
  • Tile installation and repair
  • Light plumbing (faucet/fixture replacement, appliance installation)
  • Light electrical (fixture installation/replacement, device installation/replacement)
  • Hardware installation
• Understanding of the importance of punctuality and safety
• Ability to work in an occupied home while maintaining a clean and safe work area at all times
• Professional communication skills with clients and management
• Goal‑ and detail‑oriented, self‑disciplined, problem‑solving, creative, confident, and motivated to excel
