Project Cost Administrator 2

About the role

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Cost Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role involves coordinating legal reviews of contracts, setting up jobs in Spectrum, reviewing and controlling project costs, assisting with monthly financial forecasts, and preparing progress billing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract legal reviews and signatures for various projects, including complex ones.
• Ensure all required documentation is signed and returned to customers.
• Coordinate COI’s and OCIP/CCIP documentation, if required.
• Book new projects and change orders, send notifications to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and track subcontractor invoices against monthly forecast.
• Manage and track subcontractor COI’s and lien waivers.
• Monitor and track revenue on projects on a weekly basis and report issues to manager.
• Prepare and send customer surveys monthly.
• Mentor and train less experienced staff.
