Project Coordinator - Temporary Worker

About the role

This is a six-month, entry-level, full-time, immersive employment opportunity where you will gain practical industry experience. A full-time, permanent position at the end of the program is based on performance and position availability. The role is open to hybrid and remote employees and reports to the Program Director as part of the Delivery Management team.

Responsibilities

• Own project administration for a set of accounts
• Partner with Finance and Resource Management to complete the project setup process in Merkle’s internal systems
• Ensure project data is kept up to date based on project contracts and changes in the engagement over the life of the project
• Conduct reporting on project health
• Complete project closure activities
• Perform any other reasonable or necessary activity required by leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Entry level, 0-3 years working in a digital environment
• Recent graduate or career changer looking to enter a new industry (no prior professional experience required)
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Strong attention to detail
• Enjoys working independently

Pay

The hourly pay range for this position is $37.00. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.

Schedule

Full time, temporary (six-month contract). Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time.
