About the role

We’re partnering closely with Skotdal Real Estate as they search for a Business Operations Administrator to join their down‑to‑earth team in Everett, WA. This team works hard, gets the job done, and has a lot of fun along the way. They joke around, genuinely enjoy working together, and often spend time together outside of work. As the company continues to grow, they’ve created a focused role supporting the day‑to‑day operations of a key business function. You’ll help keep things organized and running smoothly, working with customer accounts, vendors, billing, and other operational needs while using data to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Real‑estate or property‑management experience is not required; candidates from a variety of backgrounds with operations support or business‑analysis experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate ongoing projects and operational needs across multiple locations.
  • Manage customer accounts, assignments, permits, availability, and related records.
  • Track revenue, expenses, activity, and other key business metrics.

  • Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past‑due accounts.
  • Prepare reports and compare results against budgets, goals, and prior periods.
  • Review data and identify trends or opportunities to improve revenue and reduce costs.
  • Conduct occasional site visits, audits, and operational needs as necessary.
  • Coordinate with technology, maintenance, enforcement, and other vendors as needed.
  • Maintain databases, Excel workbooks, systems, procedures, and related records.

Who You Are

  • You enjoy working on the pieces that keep operations running smoothly while also being able to step back and see the bigger picture.
  • You’re organized and good at keeping things moving behind the scenes.
  • You’re comfortable working with data and numbers and naturally curious when something doesn’t look right.
  • You prefer an easy‑going, collaborative office with minimal corporate bureaucracy.
