Project Coordinator - Multifamily Construction

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact leading and managing multiple projects ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and providing field service support as needed by clients to fulfill contractual obligations.
• Help in the development of engineering and/or field installation plans with the help of our corporate engineering group while also maintaining all the project documentation, including structural drawings, specifications, and RFIs related to the project.
• Develop comprehensive and accurate estimates for materials required on each project.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client's needs and work with our engineering and operations groups to facilitate smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• 5-years of relevant construction experience in multifamily construction projects.
• Knowledge of concrete foundation construction methods and concrete reinforcing materials preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• AutoCAD experience.
• Computer knowledge of general Microsoft products (Word, Excel, etc.).

Additional Information

Salary Range: $30.00-$32.00 per hour DOE

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law.
