Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
Familiar with lean Six Sigma Principles
Comprehension of analytical tools, workflow time studies, and project management
Familiar with databases, data mining, and data analytics

The Sikorsky Aerostructures Product Center, responsible for manufacturing and assembling helicopter airframe structures, is at the heart of this commitment. Our team in Troy supports UH/HH-60M, HH-60W, MH-60R, and MH-60T parts manufacturing and assembly, creating impactful work across all areas of production.
THE WORK
As a Project Coordinator Lead within the Continuous Improvement team, you will be integral to enhancing productivity, efficiency, and product quality. In this role, you’ll utilize methodologies like Lean Six Sigma to identify and implement changes that drive measurable results. You’ll coordinate and oversee critical projects across departments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and instilling a mindset of constant learning and adaptation within our teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver all Production System projects on time and to quality standards.
- Establish, coordinate, and ensure adherence to project milestone plans.
- Set clear expectations for project content review and support delivery where needed.
- Maintain continuity between projects, ensuring standard work reflects new tools and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate team meetings, organize project content, and manage deliverables effectively.

Previous Sikorsky Operations
Experience in previous Sikorsky operations is preferred but not required.
