Project Coordinator Intern

NLP Logix is a leading Artificial Intelligence and Data Science company based in Jacksonville, FL. We build and deploy machine learning, predictive modeling, and automation solutions for clients across industries nationwide — from healthcare and logistics to finance and beyond.

About the role

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator Intern for Fall 2026 who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how projects move from idea to implementation in a fast-paced AI company. As a Project Coordinator Intern, you’ll be part of our Operations team, working alongside Project Managers and technical experts to help keep projects on track, communication clear, and deliverables on time.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans, defining scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, project charters, meeting notes, and status updates.
• Support project meetings, document key discussions and action items, and help ensure updates are shared with team members and stakeholders.
• Track project progress, monitor deadlines, identify potential delays, and help resolve roadblocks.
• Assist in identifying project risks and issues and support the development and tracking of mitigation plans.
• Participate in project reviews and help ensure deliverables meet quality standards and expectations.
• Apply classroom learning to real-world projects while gaining hands-on experience with project management processes, tools, and AI-driven initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a Junior, Senior, or Graduate student in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communicator who works well with others.
• Dependable, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks.
• Curious about AI, technology, and how data-driven projects move from planning through delivery.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office; experience with project management or collaboration tools is a plus.
