Responsibilities

  • Provide primary Project Coordination, Executive and Administrative support to the Business Leaders.
  • Perform complex calendar management – both internal and external coordination & scheduling with all levels of the company, clients and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, memoranda, presentations, and various staff communications.
  • Independently researches, collects, and prepare information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and external individuals.
  • Prepare presentation materials for meetings.
  • Project Management responsibilities – responsible for ad-hoc projects and special projects as needed.
  • Analyze problems, determine approach, compile and analyze data, and prepare reports/recommendations.
  • Contact company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports.
  • Affiliate with maintaining individual state licensure renewal or initial licensure for selected managers.
  • Work collaboratively with other administrative team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher required or equivalent experience.
  • Must be proficient in all MS OFFICE 365 Products and Applications: including Word, Power Point, Excel, TEAMS, Outlook and others.
  • Must be willing to learn new applications as needed.
  • Exposure to / working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
  • Accuracy and efficiency are extremely important in this position.
  • Must be able to anticipate the needs of project managers, proactively solve problems and contribute to the success of the organization.
  • Knowledge of the A/E/C industry is helpful particularly when it comes to understanding industry standard processes and procedures.

Pay

$74,650.52 - $85,314.88
