About the role

You will help coordinate projects from launch through completion, ensuring timelines, workflows, budgets, and deliverables stay organized and on track. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting people, managing details, and contributing to collaborative team environments.

Responsibilities

  • Support the successful execution of healthcare and pharmaceutical agency projects by coordinating workflows, maintaining project visibility, and helping teams deliver high-quality work.
  • Manage daily project activities including timelines, status updates, project routing, and operational tracking.
  • Aid project managers and account teams in coordinating deliverables, priorities, and team communications.
  • Support project setup, tracking, and reporting using project management tools and systems.
  • Monitor and report on budget activities while partnering with project, account, and finance teams.
  • Schedule and facilitate project kickoff meetings, status meetings, and internal discussions.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and ensure workflows follow established processes.
  • Communicate project updates, resource needs, and potential challenges with guidance from senior team members.
  • Identify and escalate risks by observing project progress and helping teams develop solutions.
  • Participate in mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities to strengthen project management skills.
  • Promote a collaborative team culture focused on accountability, quality, and client service.

Requirements

  • An organized and motivated professional with strong communication and collaboration abilities across diverse teams.
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or related industries is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Mac operating systems.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools, workflows, and project management processes.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
