ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Cook up, lead, and appraise undertakings and projects linked to strategic priorities for the college, collaboratively prioritize short and long-term special projects, programs, events, and other undertakings as assigned by the Associate Deans and the Business Manager.
  • Take charge of ownership for the processes and protocols related to student compliance with pre-matriculation prerequisites.
  • Take charge of accurate and prompt internal correspondence to the college community, including monthly college newsletter, student portal, and faculty and staff canvas community.
  • Take charge of accurate and prompt external correspondence, inclusive of social media and college website.
  • Build and preserve robust relationships with stakeholders and partners.
  • Manage the degree of autonomy, organizational structure, creative thinking, collaborative efforts, and market analysis to achieve business objectives.
  • Coordinate project schedules and ensure deliverables are achieved on time.
  • Handle interactions with coworkers, visitors, and other staff in accordance with Jefferson's values.

  • Perform selected duties as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree required in business or other related discipline.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years experience in administrative operations.
  • Project experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience using project management tools.
