Project Coordinator - Diagnostics
Responsibilities
Walter P Moore is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Atlanta Diagnostics team in organizing and facilitating their ongoing projects. In this role, you’ll be assigned the following responsibilities.
- Assisting with the monitoring of project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
- Organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met timely
- Leading small individual projects as required
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Preparing presentation materials for meetings
- Determining project changes
- Providing administrative support as needed
- Undertaking project tasks as required
- Assist in developing project strategies
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
- Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in a related field of study and at least six (6) years of relevant experience is required. PMP certification (or actively working towards it) is desired.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
