Project Coordinator/Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Cook up project schedules and communicate updates or changes.
  • Aid in resolving installation and delivery issues.
  • Evaluate projects using blueprints and customer specifications.
  • Prepare and process job orders.
  • Track projects from quote through production, delivery, and installation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material needs.
  • Create quality control documentation.
  • Support Project Managers with daily project activities.
  • Source materials and assist with purchasing as needed.
  • Perform other administrative and project-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Three (3) or more years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Basic construction knowledge is preferred.
  • Blueprint reading experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel, is required.
  • Strong Excel skills are highly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills are required.
