Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Cook up project schedules and communicate updates or changes.
- Aid in resolving installation and delivery issues.
- Evaluate projects using blueprints and customer specifications.
- Prepare and process job orders.
- Track projects from quote through production, delivery, and installation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material needs.
- Create quality control documentation.
- Support Project Managers with daily project activities.
- Source materials and assist with purchasing as needed.
- Perform other administrative and project-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Three (3) or more years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Basic construction knowledge is preferred.
- Blueprint reading experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel, is required.
- Strong Excel skills are highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills are required.
