Project Coordinator Contractor
About the role
You'll support the planning, execution, and follow-up activities associated with business process design, working sessions, workshops, and stakeholder engagements. This role is responsible for coordinating logistics, preparing documentation, managing communications, tracking action items, and ensuring session deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate meeting schedules, logistics, invitations, agendas, timelines, and session materials.
- Manage stakeholder communications, including pre-work, inputs, documentation, approvals, and follow-up.
- Support workshops by capturing notes, decisions, requirements, pain points, action items, and outcomes.
- Maintain RAID logs and project trackers; monitor risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
- Distribute session outputs, track deliverables and deadlines, coordinate follow-up sessions, and maintain accurate project records and version control.
Requirements
- Two to four years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, business operations, administrative coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience preparing meeting materials, capturing notes, tracking action items, and coordinating stakeholder follow-up.
- Experience maintaining project plans, RAID logs, issue trackers, or similar project management artifacts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy.
- Experience using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and project management or collaboration tools.
Pay
The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $60–$70 per hour. The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
