Key Responsibilities

• Act as the central communication link between internal teams and external partners
• Cook up project schedules, materials, labor, and subcontractors
• Track progress, identify delays, and proactively communicate updates
• Issue and manage purchase orders, deliveries, and vendor coordination
• Maintain accurate project documentation (contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders)
• Support job costing, reporting, and project organization
• Aid Project Managers with meetings, follow-ups, and execution support

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Associate Degree in a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role
• Familiarity with scheduling software (ProCore preferred)
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Team player with the ability to perform under tight deadlines
