About the role
The HVAC Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of HVAC projects within a facility. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and execution of HVAC projects
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and facility managers
- Manage project documentation and records

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HVAC Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HVAC project management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
