Project Coordinator
About the role
This Opportunity WSP is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Project Controls team. This individual must be within commuting distance of an office based in Columbus, NE.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Client and Project Manager, assisting in the development and ongoing activities of project planning through project implementation.
- Providing high-level coordination support to the client.
- Communicating relevant project information to the team.
- Scheduling and attending project meetings (internal or with client).
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Generating project financial reports, including tracking the financial performances of projects.
- Scheduling and maintaining project SharePoint sites.
- Aiding in the preparation of bid documents.
Requirements
- High School diploma
- 5 years of project support/administrative experience
- Experience supporting a high volume of projects
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Strong attention to detail and a good communicator
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree / two-year technical degree or equivalent industry-related experience
- Experience with MS Project, MS Visio, and SAP
- Working knowledge of cloud-based file sharing platforms such as SharePoint, ShareFile, etc.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
