About the role
The Project Coordinator supports projects from order entry through delivery and invoicing, serving as a key connection between customers and internal teams. This role coordinates order management, procurement, logistics, scheduling, financial administration, and project documentation to keep projects on track and ensure smooth operational execution.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of equipment-only and turnkey projects for data center customers.
- Manage customer orders from order entry through tracking, changes, delivery coordination, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate procurement, logistics, shipments, and scheduling to meet project timelines.
- Track project costs, process invoices, and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Project Management.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and system data.
- Manage return material authorizations (RMAs) and freight claims.
- Monitor project activities and communicate updates, issues, and required actions to stakeholders.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project processes and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in order management, project administration, supply chain operations, procurement, logistics, or financial/project support.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Must reside within the United States.
- Experience coordinating projects, resources, or cross-functional activities preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with systems such as SAP, Oracle, Vista, Markview, and Bid Manager preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Pay
Expected annual salary range: $69,000–$101,000. Compensation is based on skills, experience, qualifications, market conditions, and business considerations.
