About the role
This entry-level role supports the execution of direct marketing campaigns by coordinating project intake, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring timely communication across cross-functional teams. Success is driven by accuracy in campaign setup, responsiveness to sales teams, and adherence to established processes and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Capture and validate campaign details from enrollment and intake forms
- Serve as primary point of contact for Sales teams on campaign setup and execution
- Enter and maintain campaign data in internal systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Coordinate with Sales, Creative, Data, and Production teams on campaign development
- Monitor timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on time and to standard
- Handle client requests and internal inquiries promptly and professionally
- Follow quality control procedures to ensure campaign accuracy and consistency
- Maintain organized, accessible project files across multiple systems
- Identify and escalate discrepancies or missing information
- Support process improvements and documentation standards
- Assist with additional projects/tasks as business needs require
Requirements
- Basic understanding of project coordination principles (organization, timelines, documentation)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Professionalism, reliability, and ownership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to quickly learn systems such as Salesforce
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. 0-2 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, operations, or customer service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Exposure to direct marketing or campaign execution processes
