About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative contractor to join our Asset Protection Merchandising team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the development, execution, and sustainability of our product protection strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure our Asset Protection initiatives are seamlessly integrated and effectively executed, all while maintaining a strong focus on the needs of our internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of capital product protection initiatives through project coordination, auditing, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct photo audits and monitor project progress to ensure consistent implementation and compliance with established standards.
  • Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and documentation while communicating updates to stakeholders.
  • Support maintenance requests, field questions, and operational follow-up activities to help sustain Asset Protection programs.

Requirements

  • Education: The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor’s degree program (or equivalent) in a field of study related to the job.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work effectively and seamlessly in cross-functional team environments.
  • A demonstrated customer-centric approach, focusing heavily on understanding and supporting the needs of both internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to learn new processes quickly, work independently, and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using Excel to organize, analyze, and summarize data for business decision-making.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (specifically Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior practical experience in a brick-and-mortar retail environment or a closely related industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a strict attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to drive results, build consensus, and foster alignment across teams without having direct authority.

Pay

$22.00 – $24.00 hourly on W2

Schedule

40 hours/week, approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
