About the role

This is a full-time, benefits-eligible, temporary opportunity lasting approximately 12 months. The position is based in our National Center office in Dallas, TX, with home-based work available. You will provide administrative and project support, with access to resources like Heart U, our award-winning corporate university, for training and development.

Responsibilities

  • Spreadsheet updates, file uploads, weekly reports, and tracking
  • Manage email replies and process expense reports
  • Assist with conference slides, packing, professional credential research, and conference reception logistics
  • Coordinate with outside vendors and handle inter-departmental logistics and communications
  • Build relationships, sessions, and oversee databases
  • Maintain and organize data, testing, submission, and review sites
  • Prepare notifications and communications using the Oasis Abstract Management system

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of six (6) months of administrative and/or project coordination experience
  • Intermediate skills with MS Office programs, typing, and filing
  • Intermediate skills in using AI tools such as Co-Pilot
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously without supervision
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments, be flexible in scheduling tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, including writing, editing, and interacting by telephone and in meetings
