Project Coordinator - Architectural Metals
About the role
The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Commercial Construction division at Flynn Group of Companies. Reporting to the Project Manager, this position will be responsible for managing project documentation, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage project documentation and files
- Cover office and job site responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients and subcontractors

- Handle administrative tasks related to projects
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative/project type of role
- Construction Environment considered a strong asset
- Knowledge, experience working in an office setting and on construction job sites
- Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work in office and on commercial construction job sites
- Experience in a Construction - Architectural Metals field strongly preferred
Qualifications
While not specified, candidates should have a strong understanding of composite metal panels cladding, standing seam metal roofing systems, and other building envelope components. A background in construction administration and experience with project coordination is highly valued.
Skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office is required, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
