Duration: 18-month contract with potential for extension. Location: 100% onsite in Rayville, Louisiana.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of projects within a fast-paced data center environment. This role is responsible for coordinating administrative project activities, tracking deliverables and deadlines, supporting client and stakeholder communications, and ensuring project teams remain aligned on priorities and schedules. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization. Experience supporting construction, data center, facilities, or similar operational projects is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and administrative activities to support project execution.
  • Track project deliverables, milestones, and deadlines to help ensure successful completion.
  • Maintain project documentation and organize project-related records.
  • Assist with planning materials, status reports, and progress documentation as needed.
  • Support client-facing activities and coordinate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
  • Serve as a point of coordination for project-related inquiries and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with project teams, contractors, clients, and business partners.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and responsiveness.
  • Help monitor project progress and identify scheduling or coordination issues that may impact timelines.
  • Track action items and follow through on next steps with project stakeholders.
  • Escalate risks, delays, or concerns to project leadership when appropriate.
  • Support reporting efforts by collecting and organizing project information.
  • Schedule and coordinate project meetings, stakeholder discussions, and client sessions.
  • Attend client and internal project meetings and document key decisions, action items, and follow-ups.
  • Assist with meeting preparation, agenda development, and logistics coordination.
  • Ensure stakeholders remain informed of project timelines, updates, and deliverables.

Requirements

Top 3 Required Qualifications

  • Project Coordination & Administrative Support Experience: 5+ years of professional experience supporting projects through coordination, scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder management. Experience providing administrative support for project teams and coordinating with contractors, vendors, or general contractors (GCs).
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Experience interacting professionally with clients, project teams, leadership, and external stakeholders.
  • Highly Organized & Self-Directed: Ability to manage multiple priorities, track deadlines, and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.

Other Qualifications

  • Previous project coordination experience required.
  • Experience in construction, data center, legal, facilities, or infrastructure-related environments preferred.
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder support skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Comfortable working with individuals at all organizational levels, including executive leadership and executive assistants.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace.
  • General technical aptitude and interest in technology-related projects.
  • Ability and willingness to walk active construction or project sites when necessary.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and scheduling skills.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This role is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week.
