Responsibilities

  • Cook up testing activities and manage weekly testing plans
  • Create, update, and maintain operational procedures and documentation
  • Develop and execute test scripts for process improvement initiatives
  • Support business analysis activities for payment and deposit applications
  • Analyze operational data and generate reports using Excel and other tools
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis
  • Cook with business users and technology teams to resolve operational issues
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements and vice versa
  • Support project execution and continuous process improvements
  • Cook with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality operational support

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Two (2) plus years of experience in project coordination, operations, business analysis, or operational support
  • Experience coordinating testing activities and managing weekly testing schedules
  • Experience creating test scripts and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or operational testing
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
  • Experience with Jira is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
